Damage claim is facilitated only on the same day of delivery of parcel.

Due to fragile items there is no exchange policy except for breakage during shipping. Customer send us the complete unboxing video on our WhatsApp: +92 326 8862231. If there is any damage found in it, we will send it's replacement without any extra delivery charge.
